We warmly welcome applications from patient fellows.

Improvement Leader Fellowship Programme 2017

We are inviting applications for the 2017 CLAHRC NWL Barts Health Improvement Leader Fellowship Programme, provided in partnership with Barts Health NHS Trust. There are 12 places available for new fellows which will include patients as key participants. Clinical teams should consider working with a patient to partner them on the fellowship where possible.

The programme provides a range of mentoring support, monthly shared learning meetings, and a work based project. Invitations are sought from potential fellows who can work together in pairs or trios to improve the flow of patients accessing emergency care.

The fellowship programme is offered to Bart’s Health staff and key partner organisations who are eager to work together to improve emergency patient flow through our hospitals. We also warmly welcome fellows who are patients, carers or members of the public passionate about changing healthcare.
